Ordering 

The Multisensory Sound Lab is custom-made to accommodate specific user requirements. Please allow 4-7 weeks for delivery.

Payment Terms

Due to the custom-designed nature of the Multisensory Sound Lab, we request a 50% deposit with approved purchase orders exceeding $1,000.00. Balance is due within 30 days of shipment. VISA and MasterCard accepted.

Shipping and Installation

Prices shown do not include shipping. 

A comprehensive assembly guide and all required components and connecting cords are supplied. While the Multisensory Sound Lab is very user-friendly, some experience in hooking up audio equipment is helpful for assembly of the system. Unpacking & setting up the system is best accomplished by a team of two people. 

Assembly time takes 2-5 hours depending on the size of the vibrating floor and accessories you've ordered. No tools are required other than the Allen Wrench provided for assembling and disassembling floor panels. 

For a flat fee, an Oval Window Audio staff person will assist your staff with the installation of your system and provide in-service training. Please e-mail us or call (303) 447-3607 for details. 

Warranty Information

With the exception of microphones, electronic stethoscopes, drum machines and Simon game which are guaranteed for 90 days, all components of the Multisensory Sound Lab are protected by a three-year warranty covering parts and labor. Damage resulting from physical abuse or operation of the equipment in a manner contrary to instructions provided in the User Manual is excluded from this warranty.
